Dorian Guadarrama, Operations Coordinator
A native Texan, Dorian Guadarrama is Jason Glast Group’s bilingual Operations Coordinator, helping behind the scenes to optimize the listing process and deliver smooth and efficient transactions.
Dorian has a proven track record in implementing efficient operational systems for small businesses. During her academic journey, she helped establish various ventures in the midst of the pandemic, helping her to gain the valuable experience she has today. This background not only honed her skills in business management but solidified her passion for optimizing operational processes. She enjoys seeing these initiatives through to success, ensuring that each project meets its goals and contributes to overall growth.
Dorian holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) with a major in Finance and a special focus in Real Estate.
Since relocating from Del Rio, she has enjoyed getting to know San Antonio, exploring new restaurants, playing occasional pickleball, and going on weekend getaways with family.
Adding a personal connection to her professional expertise, Dorian is the niece of fellow team member Annaliz Bosquez out of Austin, Texas.
