Our family had to relocate across the country for my husband’s work. While we were excitedly anticipating the move, we also had some fears over trying to enter the real estate market as first time home buyers at a time when supply was low and demand was high. Fortunately for us, we were able to work with Kim Sweeney. Kim was exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive any time we had a question, and we felt a sense of ease right away once we started working with her.
Even more impressive was how hard she works for her clients. We came into town on a Saturday evening and right away saw a few houses we really wanted to see. One of the homes was only taking offers until Sunday. We both loved the home, so we texted Kim that evening and she arranged for us to see it the next afternoon! Once we had the opportunity to see it in person we knew it was “the one”. However the deadline for offers was merely hours away. Kim worked hard for us, and helped us come up with a strong offer, and get it submitted. Our offer was accepted! The closing process went smoothly, with Kim answering any questions we had, and she helped us navigate any other negotiations with the sellers. Kim really watched out for our best interests along the way, so we avoided any missteps or complications.  We have been in our home a couple of months now, and it has been the perfect place for us. We are extremely grateful for the support, encouragement and enthusiasm that Kim provided us with our home buying experience. If there is ever a need for us to move again, she will definitely be the first person we call.
