Jason and principally Todd made recommendations on how to price, prepare and stage the house for sale. Within a couple of days after placing the house on the market, we were flooded with showings. A contract was obtained from a prospective buyer within approximately a week. After the contact was in place, Todd and Marco assisted with the performance of the contract through closing. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.
