I had doubts the house could be sold so quickly, considering all the other homes for sale in the neighborhood have been on the market well over a year. You looked at us that day and said just follow our lead, make the changes and upgrades that need to be made and I promise you “it will be sold”. Nervous as can be we did what you asked.
